I'd say like anywhere the hard part of the job is dealing with unhappy customers.
Lunch violations will have everyone on you like lice. People are great but hours... Good environment and job opportunities. Pushing product to the floor was fast-paced. This was by far one of my favorite companies to work for.

Lately our qualifications for our yearly bonus has been put so far out of reach, we haven't got one in years. I was a Flow Team Member and we started off with a fair amout of hours for part time workers but towards the end of 2018 we were stuck with only working about 4hrs a day and schedule for about 4-5 days a week.
There was not micro-managing. Featured review.
Working at Target is exactly what you would think that it is like working at Target. Mostly show up, do your job and go home. Our community is ready to answer. One thing that annoyed me was some of the Managers really didn't listen to your wishes to stride into the company which made me left. As a flow team member I would manage the merchandising truck. IKEA is an incredibly flexible company and has always been helpful in adjusting my schedule for school and family matters.
And the most enjoyable was the family like atmosphere and being busy day to day. Repetitive, Not paid enough, Co-workers not that friendly, No job progression.
However, the company had a lot of resources to help their fellow employees by winning prizes, giving back to the community, counselors, and etc.
Flow teams responsibility was to unload the trucks and also stock all the merchandise that came off of the truck. Good place to work. Ikea is a good place to work for has plenty good roles to work for also there is alot of opportunities to grow and advance to management level and the pay is great.
Breaks are 15 min which includes walking time, lunch is 30 min, hard to change shifts, difficult to promote into management. Ask a question about working or interviewing at Target Logistics.
